運用データ準備

施設運用は、最新で mapping 済みで説明可能な source data に依存します。このガイドでは、BMS points、meter records、inspection findings、work orders、CMMS data、documents、fused datasets を、dashboard、AI Agent summary、evidence pack、maintenance decision に使う前に準備する方法を説明します。

準備フロー

前提条件

要件	理由
Operating boundary	対象 site、system、asset、review cadence に準備範囲を絞ります。
Source owners	credential、export rule、field meaning、source-side validation を提供します。
Asset identity map	BMS、meters、CMMS、Inspector、ECM、DFS records を接続します。
Quality reviewer	missing value、stale record、unit、rejected row を確認します。
Downstream owner	dashboard、AI Agent、evidence pack、CMMS、BI の用途を確認します。

1. 必須 field を定義する

2. DFS Lite で接続する

connector type を選択し、credential と network access をテストし、source schema または records を preview します。最初の workflow に必要な record だけを選び、asset、time、value、status、owner、evidence field を mapping し、小さな sync を実行して rejected records を確認します。

3. データ品質をレビューする

Check	Questions
Completeness	required asset、time、status、value fields が入っているか。
Freshness	readings、work orders、inspection records が workflow に十分新しいか。
Consistency	units、status values、owner names が mapping と合うか。
Accuracy	sample records が source system と field-team understanding に合うか。
Duplicates	repeated records は expected か、connector/export logic の問題か。
Lineage	record がどこから来て、いつ sync されたか説明できるか。

4. 必要に応じて DFS Pro へ昇格する

5. 文書と証拠を接続する

出力チェックリスト

• source connector または import batch に owner がいる。
• asset identity fields が facility hierarchy に mapping されている。
• timestamp と freshness が見える。
• failed または rejected records に review path がある。
• work-order と inspection records が asset と evidence に接続できる。
• documents が searchable で正しい context に link されている。
• reusable data が必要な場合、DFS Pro dataset が validated されている。

トラブルシューティング

症状	対応
connector が source を browse できない	connector type、credential、network route、source permission を確認します。
readings が stale	BMS owner に point status と update interval を確認します。
unit または scale が不明	reviewer が確認するまで production mapping に入れません。
output record が asset に接続しない	asset model または alias mapping を先に更新します。
