DataMesh Launches AI Computing Center Operations Solution with NVIDIA Omniverse DSX Blueprint Workflows

DataMesh has introduced an operations solution for AI computing centers. Built on the FactVerse operational digital twin, it connects data halls, high-density racks, power and cooling systems, alarms and maintenance records so facility teams can investigate conditions, evaluate changes and carry approved decisions into field work. The solution also brings DataMesh's facility context into OpenUSD, SimReady asset and simulation workflows aligned with the NVIDIA Omniverse DSX Blueprint for AI Factory Digital Twins.

AI computing centers bring new facility decisions

AI infrastructure concentrates computing demand in dense racks. Each change can affect electrical capacity, air and liquid cooling, equipment dependencies and service continuity. A rack may fit in a data hall while its power path, coolant supply or surrounding thermal conditions still need engineering review. As hardware generations and workloads change, teams need to revisit these relationships throughout the facility lifecycle.

The evidence needed for those decisions is spread across DCIM, BMS, electrical monitoring, meters, sensors, asset registers and maintenance platforms. DataMesh Data Fusion Services aligns the records; FactVerse organizes the rooms, racks, power paths, cooling zones and equipment relationships. FactVerse AI Agent can help investigate alarms and prepare maintenance priorities using that context. Engineers approve the action, and Inspector or an existing maintenance system records the inspection, work order and result.

Test capacity and cooling changes before site work

For a defined project, DataMesh can combine current facility data with thermal-fluid analysis to compare rack loads, containment, layout and selected cooling-degradation scenarios. Engineers review rack-inlet conditions, thermal margin, model inputs and measurement evidence before a proposed change enters the customer's approval process.

The NVIDIA Omniverse DSX Blueprint provides developers with an OpenUSD-based reference framework for AI factory digital twins, including SimReady assets and electrical and thermal simulation workflows. FactVerse and its Omniverse workflow can bring facility assets, operating relationships and site data into visualization and simulation scenes. This creates a path for digital assets prepared during design to inform later facility decisions. Each project defines its own models, site calibration and acceptance scope.

Start with one facility decision

The solution supports four practical work areas: capacity and layout planning, alarm investigation, predictive maintenance, and preparation of people and selected robot tasks in a controlled virtual facility. Teams can begin with one data hall, a verified asset and data baseline, and one decision that matters to operations.

DataMesh has delivered digital twin systems for multiple overseas data center sites operated by an international telecommunications company. That experience covers multi-site asset management, energy calculation, inspection and repair workflows, and operational visualization. AI-assisted analysis and project-specific thermal, capacity and robotics studies extend this foundation according to site readiness and engineering requirements.
