DataMesh FactVerse Now Available Through KDDI Business Port

KDDI has added DataMesh FactVerse to its Business Port partner service lineup. Enterprise customers in Japan can now use KDDI Business Port to review the solution, request a consultation, and proceed with related service arrangements.

Expanding collaboration from Japan to Southeast Asia

DataMesh and KDDI have worked together over several years around industrial digital twins, XR, and enterprise digital transformation. In Japan, the companies have jointly advanced product adoption, customer development, and project implementation.

Building on that experience, the collaboration is extending further into Southeast Asia. DataMesh and KDDI teams are working together on opportunities in manufacturing, facility operations, and industrial digitalization, with coordination across market development, requirements analysis, solution design, and project delivery.

This creates a regional collaboration framework spanning Japan and Southeast Asia.

Business Port is KDDI's partner service platform for enterprise customers. Customers can browse participating solutions, request sales consultations, complete service purchase procedures, and receive consolidated billing from KDDI.

Its partner program, the Business Port Support Program (BPSP), is KDDI's official support program for global solution vendors entering the Japanese market. Solutions are reviewed across technology, product, and service readiness before joining the BPSP ecosystem.

How the BPSP ecosystem supports market delivery

  • One-stop market access
Participating services can be presented through Business Port to KDDI's enterprise and public-sector customer network across manufacturing, infrastructure, aviation, energy, and other industries.
  • Lower operational overhead
KDDI supports channel customers with associated operations, maintenance, compliance, and localization activities, helping overseas vendors reduce the initial cost and operational risk of entering Japan.
  • Joint marketing
Partners can participate in industry events, online seminars, joint white papers, and coordinated promotion with other ecosystem participants.

With FactVerse now available through Business Port, customers in Japan have a simpler path to understand product capabilities, application scenarios, deployment options, and service offerings. DataMesh and KDDI can also coordinate commercial discussions and project implementation more efficiently for manufacturing, infrastructure, construction, logistics, energy, and facility operations.

From industrial digital twins to Physical AI

As AI moves into factories, facilities, and robotic systems, industrial organizations need a richer digital foundation.

Physical AI must understand equipment, spaces, and operating rules in the real world. Images and sensor readings provide only part of that context. AI and robotics also need knowledge of equipment relationships, production processes, real-time conditions, safety boundaries, maintenance records, and the possible consequences of each action.

DataMesh FactVerse connects CAD, BIM, 3D models, IoT data, and enterprise systems through executable digital twins, creating an industrial operating environment for computation, analysis, and simulation.
