DataMesh and Aptly Technology Collaborate to Power Digital Twin-Enabled AI Data Center Lifecycle Solutions
Collaboration aims to combine GPU infrastructure deployment and operations expertise with digital twins, AI agents and simulation.

Bellevue, Washington, Oct 28, 2026 - DataMesh and Aptly Technology Corporation have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) outlining a collaboration to jointly develop and market a data center lifecycle solution, connecting infrastructure readiness and deployment with digital twin-enabled operations and continuous improvement.
This strategic partnership is intended to combine Aptly's cloud and AI infrastructure deployment, managed operations, and AI operations capabilities expertise with DataMesh's FactVerse Twin and AI Agent platform, data integration and simulation capabilities. The companies intend to develop a repeatable joint solution that is intended to be highly customizable to meet individual customer requirements.
Aptly operates over 3 GW of GPU capacity for hyperscale clients, bringing experience in maintaining high GPU availability at scale. Its services span infrastructure assessment, rack and GPU cluster integration, networking, deployment, commissioning and ongoing infrastructure support.
DataMesh is expected to contribute to the digital foundation for understanding and improving these environments. FactVerse connects spatial models, asset relationships and operational data, providing a shared context across facility and IT systems. This enables teams to investigate operating conditions, use AI-assisted analysis and evaluate proposed changes through simulation.
Bringing Aptly and DataMesh's expertise together will help to preserve infrastructure knowledge across design, validation, deployment, handover and operations. Asset information, system relationships and agreed validation records established during deployment can become part of an operational digital twin, helping teams retain the context needed to monitor infrastructure, investigate issues and plan changes.
The proposed solution is intended to address three connected areas:
- Infrastructure readiness and deployment: Combining Aptly's assessment and integration expertise with spatial models and agreed layout and capacity scenario reviews.
- Operational visibility and AI-assisted analysis: Connecting authorized telemetry with asset and system context to support monitoring, incident investigation and inspection workflows.
- Simulation and continuous improvement: Bringing operational baselines and engineering constraints into what-if assessments of layout, capacity, thermal conditions and cooling resilience.
"Operating GPU infrastructure at scale requires disciplined execution throughout deployment, commissioning and ongoing support," said Shawn Huang, SVP of Technology at Aptly Technology. "Through our collaboration with DataMesh, we aim to give teams a connected understanding of the infrastructure they operate, combining practical experience with digital twins, AI-assisted analysis and simulation."
"Every stage of a data center's lifecycle creates knowledge that matters to its future operation," said Jie Li, Founder and CEO of DataMesh. "FactVerse connects that knowledge with the physical environment and operating data, giving AI agents the context to support useful analysis and teams the ability to test changes through simulation. Working with Aptly, we aim to make these capabilities part of a repeatable deployment and operations solution."
The companies plan to advance joint customer discussions and approved demonstrations while defining the solution configuration, technical interfaces and delivery responsibilities. Customer-specific pilots and deployments will be established through separate project agreements.
