The Digital Twin and Equipment Spot Check modules display all accessible directories in the directory bar of the corresponding pages, facilitating users to manage digital twin assets, resources, and more.

In the FactVerse Services platform, directories are divided into three types: departmental directories, user private directories, and user-created public directories.

    • Departmental directories: When an administrator creates a department, the system automatically creates a corresponding directory for that department. This departmental directory can be used to organize and manage the data and resources of that department. When a department is deleted, the departmental directory will also be automatically deleted.
    • User private directory: Each user in the FactVerse Services platform is automatically assigned a private directory named “My Space” to store personal data and resources. Only the user himself/herself can access and view their private directory, and other users cannot see the private directory and its contents. Private directories can be used for personal storage and management.
    • User-created public directories: Users with permission to create top-level directories can create public directories and add users who can access them. User-created public directories can be used for sharing and collaboration.
